Bonnie Alberts

Administrative Assistant

Bonnie grew up in Chicago, has lived and worked in many states, was stationed with her husband in Ludwigsburg Germany for a year, and landed in Virginia about 20 years ago where she hopes they stay. She and her husband, Ted, live on Claytor Lake, and have 2 grown sons.

Before coming to Virginia Tech, Bonnie worked at Radford University in Student Activities. She enjoys the higher education environment and working with students. She says she has finally found her perfect job here at VT working for CIDER and Academic Assessment. Her current responsibilities include financial and administrative support and general office managerial responsibilities for CIDER and the Office of Academic Assessment.
